Customer Support
from Debitek is available from our Sales Department, Project Management
Department, and Customer Service Department. The department required
depends on your area of need.
The Debitek
Sales staff consists of Regional Sales Managers, as well as specialized
Sales Managers. If you are a new customer or an existing customer
with a new installation in mind, the Sales staff will assist you
with selection of the appropriate types and quantities of equipment
to suit your needs. Simply telephone Debitek at (423) 894-6177 or
email at sales@debitek.com and ask that a salesperson contact you.
With a brief description of your needs and the location of the potential
installation, the appropriate member of our staff will contact you.
The Debitek
Customer Service Department staff is available to answer technical
questions Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST (423)
894-6177. In order to properly serve you in the swiftest manner,
please have available at the time of your call your customer number,
the product part number, serial number, date of purchase, and as
detailed description of the problem as possible. In addition to
technical support, the Customer Service Department staff will assist
you in placing orders by providing the correct Debitek part number
for your particular equipment configuration.
The Debitek
Project Managment Department staff is responsible for development
and refinement of software and hardware. If you have particular
needs requiring a solution that is not currently available, you
will be referred to our Project Managment staff for assessment and
solution development.
